Thalia Radey, Esq. 

Thalia Radey is a dedicated and accomplished attorney with a passion for providing exceptional legal services. With substantial experience in various areas of law, including family law, guardianship law and misdemeanor criminal defense, Thalia has built a reputation for her attention to detail and unwavering commitment to her clients. 

After earning her Juris Doctor from Concordia University School of Law and a brief partnership with two former classmates, Thalia opened her own firm as a solo practitioner and later joining Ramirez-Smith Law in October of 2021, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience.   

In addition to her legal practice, Thalia is deeply involved in her community. She regularly volunteers her time to provide pro bono legal assistance to those in need and is an active member of several professional organizations. Her dedication to the legal profession and her clients is evident in every case she handles. 

Thalia also contributes her expertise to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for Operation Rudolph, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to brightening the holidays for cognitively and/or developmentally delayed individuals. This unique initiative focuses on recognizing and honoring the developmental age of recipients, rather than their biological age, ensuring gifts are both meaningful and appropriate. Through her involvement, Thalia plays a pivotal role in planning, fundraising, and coordinating the distribution of gifts, embodying her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those with special needs. 

When she’s not practicing law, Thalia enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying sporting events, most notably Green Bay Packer football.  Thalia is also a proud supporter of the Boise State Broncos.
